Customer-Facing Guide

Start Here

This guide is the best place to start if you are trying to configure calling in Sendblue and are not sure whether you need Power Dialer, call forwarding, or voicemail setup.

Power Dialer

  • Use Power Dialer when you want to work through a filtered bucket of leads from the dashboard.

  • Make sure you have the feature enabled for your setup.

  • Before starting, confirm the microphone is enabled and the correct line is selected.

Call Forwarding

  • Each line/account can have a default forwarding number.

  • Users can also have their own forwarding number depending on the setup.

  • If a user does not have a specific forwarding number assigned, the default forwarding number is used.

Voicemail

  • Voicemail availability depends on how the line is provisioned.

  • Not every line has identical voicemail capability.

  • If you need voicemail enabled or changed, the support team may need to confirm the line supports it.

If calls route unexpectedly

  • Double-check the forwarding number and per-user forwarding settings.

  • Make sure the issue is not just a routing/forwarding configuration problem.

  • If a line rings once and immediately fails, support may need to inspect the line state.
