Customer-Facing Guide

Overview

If a line seems unhealthy, you want to determine whether the issue is really line health or whether it is being caused by formatting, opt-outs, usage limits, or forwarding/configuration instead.

Common signs of a line-health problem

  • One line is consistently failing while other lines on the account are fine.

  • Messages from a specific line show repeated delivery failures.

  • The line has a pattern of degraded performance, blockages, or recovery issues.

Check these first

  1. Confirm the problem is isolated to one line and not affecting the entire account.

  2. Make sure the failures are not just caused by using the wrong from number or bad phone formatting.

  3. Rule out opt-outs, usage limits, and pacing issues.

What often points to a block or degradation

  • Heavy outbound volume in a short window

  • Low engagement over time

  • Links or media being sent before the recipient replies

  • Spam-like or overly repetitive messaging patterns

If you need help from support

Send the team a few concrete examples: the affected line, approximate time of the failures, whether other lines are healthy, and whether the issue is only affecting certain message types.
