Once your Sendblue account is integrated with a GoHighLevel sub-account, you’ll see a new iMessage toggle inside the Conversations tab of the GHL mobile app. This toggle appears when you open any contact’s chat thread.
With this feature, you can choose to send outgoing messages directly through your connected Sendblue iMessage line instead of standard SMS/MMS. Simply tap the toggle to switch the sending channel, then compose and send your message as usual.
This allows users to seamlessly send iMessages from within the GHL mobile app using their verified Sendblue number.
