Log-in Issues

If you have a Google email account, use the Sign-in with Google option

If you or your team members can't access the platform:

  1. Verify Workspace Invitation

    • Confirm team member has received an invitation

    • Check if the correct email address was used

  2. Google Sign-In Method

    • Use the "Sign in with Google" option

    • Make sure to use the email connected to your account

    • Verify you're using the correct Google account

  3. Outlook Sign-In Method

    1. Enter your email account and click sign-in. You will receive in email within 5 minutes with a link to login.

    2. If you are a team member, have an admin invite your email first.
