What this issue usually means

If the Sendblue Chrome extension pop-up will not open, the issue is usually extension state, browser state, or page/permission state — not message delivery itself.

Check these first

  1. Confirm the extension is installed and enabled in Chrome.

  2. Try refreshing Chrome or reopening the browser.

  3. Open the extension menu directly and confirm the extension is active.

  4. Check whether the issue is isolated to one browser profile or one page.

Common causes

  • The extension is disabled.

  • Chrome needs a refresh/restart.

  • The browser profile or page state is stale.

  • The issue is UI/extension related, not a Sendblue delivery issue.
