Setting Up the Contact Card with Sendblue

How to Add the Sendblue Message Card to HubSpot Contacts

This lets you send Sendblue messages natively from a contact record, without using the Chrome extension.

Steps:

1. Go to Settings (top navigation bar).

2. Navigate to Integrations → expand it → click Connected Apps.

3. Locate Sendblue in your list of connected apps (it should already be installed).

4. Click into App Settings.

5. You'll see three ways to customize the Sendblue integration — select Sendblue Contact Message.

   • If it's not yet added, it will show as "Ready for setup."

6. Choose which contact view to add it to (Default view, Sales view, or whatever's configured in your HubSpot).

7. Click Save.

What happens next:

• Open any contact record, scroll down on the right-hand side, and you'll see the Sendblue Contact Message card.

• Type a message directly in that field and hit Send.

• The message will populate in the contact's Activity tab, alongside the rest of the conversation history.
