Yes — you can port numbers from Twilio into Sendblue.

Important operational note

  • Once the number is ported for Sendblue use, it should not continue being used for Twilio messaging in the old way.

  • Plan the cutover carefully if the number is currently active in another workflow or production use.

  • Who needs to update sender/source-number references after the port

  • Whether you have a safe cutover/testing plan before using the number in live Sendblue workflows

Compliance note

In the normal Sendblue path, an additional customer-side A2P approval step is not the main blocker for porting this number into Sendblue.
