Wait Step

We recommend adding a wait step for 3+ minutes after the trigger to appear more natural.

The aim is to replicate a real human seeing a lead show up and sending them a text from their personal cell. A text 2 seconds after they fill out of form would make it obvious that it was automated and you may see a decline in response rates.

We also recommend adding a 6 second (0.1 minute) wait step in between messages so the recipient receives the typing indicator and it replicates a human sender.
