Account Status

Overview

The Account Status setting in Sendblue determines how leads are assigned to team members. By using a round-robin distribution system, Sendblue ensures a fair and efficient lead assignment process.

How Lead Distribution Works

• Priority to Online Team Members – Leads are assigned first to team members who are online.

• Offline Assignments – If all team members are offline, leads will still be assigned using the same round-robin distribution.
