Overview

LC Premium Actions are a GoHighLevel-side prerequisite for certain advanced workflow actions and triggers. If they are not enabled at the right level, a Sendblue/GHL workflow can look broken even though the issue is actually upstream in GHL configuration.

When to check this

A workflow step or trigger depends on LC Premium Actions and is missing or unavailable in GHL.
You are following a Sendblue + GHL setup guide and the expected action is not visible.
You suspect the integration is wrong, but the real blocker is missing premium-action enablement in GHL.

What to make sure is true first

You have the right GHL admin/agency permissions to enable premium actions.
You know whether the action must be enabled at the agency level, location level, or both.
You are following the current GHL enablement steps rather than relying on an older screenshot or video.

Recommended workflow

Confirm which Sendblue/GHL workflow feature actually depends on LC Premium Actions.
Enable LC Premium Actions in GHL using the current GHL-side instructions.
Return to the workflow builder and confirm the expected action/trigger is now available.
Run a small test so you confirm the workflow behavior end to end, not just that the menu item appeared.

Treating this as a Sendblue outage when the feature was never enabled in GHL.
