Customer-Facing Guide
Short answer
For Zapier and HubSpot, the Media URL should be a direct URL to the actual media file you want Sendblue to use.
What counts as a good Media URL
A direct image, video, PDF, or file URL that the system can fetch.
A hosted asset URL from the source system or file-hosting service.
A voice-memo URL in a supported audio format such as mp3, m4a, or wav when you are sending a voice memo.
What usually does not work well
A generic page URL instead of the actual file URL.
A share page that requires extra clicks or authentication instead of a direct asset link.
An empty field or unsupported file type.
Accepted media guidance
Media URL can point to videos, images, PDFs, and similar supported assets.
Voice Memo URL should point to a supported audio file such as mp3, m4a, or wav.
How to verify it worked
Test with a known working direct file URL first.
If the workflow fails, inspect whether the URL points to the file itself or just a page about the file.
If media is optional, confirm the field is not blank for the contacts using that step.
