Calling in Sendblue is completely free for both outbound calls to your leads / customers and inbound calls from your leads / customers, that forward directly to the selected forwarding number.

While Sendblue supports calling across a wide range of international regions, some countries are not available due to carrier limitations or regulatory restrictions.

Calling Behavior and Restrictions

Free Calling

All calls made through Sendblue are free. This includes:

• Outbound calls to your contacts

• Inbound calls from leads

There is no need to purchase minutes or manage a separate calling balance.

Outgoing Number Rules

When placing a call from Sendblue, the system always uses the Sendblue number assigned to that specific conversation.

You cannot:

• Change the outgoing number before calling

• Switch to another number in your account

A consistent number helps with recognition and reduces confusion for the person receiving the call.

International Calling Availability

Sendblue supports international calling to a large list of countries. However, availability can vary depending on the region.
Some destinations are fully reachable, while others cannot be called at all.

Countries not supported include:

• China

• Iran

• Syria

• North Korea

• Cuba

If a country does not appear in the supported list below, it is not currently callable through Sendblue.
