Yes, you can cancel messages in Sendblue, whether they are scheduled for the future or sent through the platform.

How to Cancel a Scheduled Message

  • Right-click the scheduled message and select Delete.

How to Cancel a Sent Message

  • For messages sent through the platform, click the Cancel button next to the message within 2 seconds of sending.
