Customer-Facing Guide

What the airplane icon means

The airplane icon means the message is still pending and has not reached a final send result yet. It does not automatically mean the line is blocked.

The most common reasons

ReasonWhat it usually means
Temporary queueing or status lagThe message is still working its way through the send pipeline.
Source line / conversation issueThe conversation may still be tied to an old, inactive, or incorrect sending number.
Line-health issueThe assigned line may need troubleshooting or may not be sending normally.
Timing / routing issueThe workflow or message may not yet be eligible to send, or the source configuration is incomplete.

What to check first

  1. Open the conversation and confirm which sending line or source number the message is using.

  2. Check whether that line is still active and expected for this conversation.

  3. Check whether other messages from the same line are sending normally.

  4. If this came from a workflow, make sure the correct sending number and timing rules were configured.

When this is more likely to be a line problem

  • Many messages from the same line are getting stuck the same way.

  • The issue is isolated to one line while others still send normally.

  • The line also shows other delivery trouble or degraded behavior.

When this is more likely to be a conversation/source issue

  • The conversation still points to an old number.

  • The message is trying to send from the wrong source line.

  • Only one conversation is affected while the account otherwise looks healthy.
